Odoban - The BEST Pet Stain Remover

So many dog parents can understand the struggle of finding a stain remover for those accidents our fur-babies have on carpeted areas. I have a senior dog, Hambone, who is a half-basset hound and half-long-haired dachshund mix.

He recently turned 12 years old--which means he's bound to have some accidents here and there. I've tried a bunch of stain cleaners out there. I thought I had found salvation in this spray, Folex, that I originally found at Bed Bath & Beyond.

But, if a stain ever got more than 2 hours old (which sometimes happened, i.e. if he had an accident when I wasn't home), it didn't work as well, and I would still see a hint of yellow left behind in my beige carpet.

I also tried Nature's Miracle, Resolve, and Woolite OxyPet. They all had the same issues. My room mate also has a cat who tends to eat Hambone's food and throws it up later--so whatever spray I was going to get next, it had to be effective on vomit, too.

Enter a trip to Home Depot, where I saw this:

I decided to buy it, and man I'm glad I did. I will only use this spray from now on. Check out a test I did on an accident spot Hambone had a couple days ago in my dining room:

Cute dog, not so cute mess. I don't know how long the stain was there for, but I happened to find this the morning after I had stayed overnight at a hospital--so it could have happened any time between 7pm and 9am. I grabbed my bottle of OdoBan Pet Oxy Stain Remover and sprayed the entire area. I waited a couple minutes as the solution soaked into the carpet before I put some paper towels over the area and put some pressure on it.

I lifted the towel and...

it worked!

I freaking love this stuff. It definitely worked on cat vomit, too. I don't stress out about getting my apartment security deposit back anymore , nor do I get anxiety about my room mate being upset at Hambone's accidents, because this stuff cleans it up so nicely. Honestly, you don't even really have to soak it back up with the paper towel to see the effects. As the solution soaks in, you can almost immediately see the stain disappearing! I highly recommend Odoban Pet Oxy Stain Remover.
