SmileDirectClub - Part 3 (halfway done!)
So, I started SmileDirectClub back in May of this year. It was a fairly easy process to get started, although customer service could have been approved upon. It was hard for me to find the office because it was in a WeWork coworking space where all the offices looked alike, and the customer service representative I called ended up not transferring me on accident, so I was just stuck on the phone with her while she was blissfully unaware of my shouting for her attention as she talked to her coworker. I don't know how other SmileDirectClub office locations are, though, so I hope that not everybody had as difficult of a time as I did. I received my kit shortly after my appointment and got started in early June sometime. I posted an update after 4 sets (out of 13 total) so you could see my progress.
